For returns due to withdrawal, a refund is only provided for products returned still sealed in their original protective film. For products received damaged, please send us photos at shop@camsugarmusic.com so we can process your request.

Once your request has been authorized, you will receive an email with the date and time the request was accepted, along with the procedure for making the return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of order delivery, in accordance with current regulations and applicable terms of sale.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Here's what you need to do to proceed with your return:
- Print the return label to attach to the package for returning the product
- Print the delivery note to be included inside the package
- Drop off your package at a Punto Poste or a the Post Office by the date that will be communicated to you via email once your request has been authorized
If you have multiple products to return, you can include them all in a single package using just one return label, placing all the delivery notes for the products inside the package you wish to return.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT TIMEFRAMES
REFUND:
Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and is checked by our team, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
As soon as the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
REPLACEMENT:
Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse, the replacement will be prepared and shipped within 7-10 business days.
As soon as the new item is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
CANCELING AN ORDER NOT YET SHIPPED
You can cancel an order by writing to us at shop@camsugarmusic.com.
If the package has already been processed or a tracking number already exists, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order. In this case, you can choose to refuse delivery of the package or accept it and proceed with the return procedure once received.
